An EICR checks the safety of your property's electrics, flagging any faults, wear, or non-compliant wiring before they become a problem. It's often required for landlords, when buying or selling a property, or for insurance and mortgage purposes, and is a good idea for any home that hasn't been checked in a while. We carry out a full inspection and test of your electrical installation, then provide a clear report with any recommendations, along with the official certification you need.

First and Second Fix

For renovations, extensions, and new builds, we carry out complete first and second fix electrical installations from start to finish. First fix covers all cabling, chasing walls, and fitting back boxes before plastering, taking in every circuit the property needs, power, lighting, and beyond. Second fix follows once decorating is done, installing and connecting sockets, switches, light fittings, and the consumer unit, with every circuit fully tested before handover. We work closely with builders and other trades on site to keep your project running to schedule.
